Work On The Sabbath

When I first started attending the Caffin church, I had a job that required employees to work anytime they had work wich was seven days a week most of the time, even at night sometimes. In the beginning, work mysterously slowed up for a time so I didn’t even have an option to work on Saturday. After a few weeks, work picked up and I had an option to work on Saturday or not. Later, they said they needed me on Saturday and I told them I couldn’t work on Saturday because I go to church on that day. Two months after not working on Saturday, they informed me that if I didn’t work Saturday, that it was grounds to terminate me. I never had a thought that I would be so obidient to God’s laws. I told them boldly “I have faith in God, not in you”. I didn’t go in Saturday, so they terminated me Sunday morning. Less than an hour later, I got a call asking me to work for another company, doing the same kind of work. They didn’t know that I had been terminated, it was the Lord’s timing. The company that hired me end up taking most of the accounts from the company that terminated me. I have worked for three other companys since then and I have never had a problem with violating the Sabbath Law. Stand up to God’s laws and he will stand up for you.
